In Mohammeds defense I have dealt with this man for years and he a wonderful, knowledgeable person. For personal banking and international processes HSBC are great. They lose 1 star for business banking. Moving customers without choice to HSBCnet was not good.
The teller knows your name and they work very hard to provide quality service.
