Walked in to one person at the counter. Stood in line for 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me or told me they will be with me shortly. Do not come to this location. Horrible service with illiterate employees.

I recently learned that HSBC is going to eliminate all retail banking in the U.S. This means that I will have to take my four accounts elsewhere. I have been very satisfied with the service I've received from HSBC for the past 11 years, especially when I lived in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. It truly was "The World's Local Bank." Goodbye HSBC!
