Isabell Mendez, you have not been a customer of ours since April 2019 If you called us Monday January 30th we closed due to the weather. We do not have voice mail on our phone system so you could not have left us a message. If you need to get ahold of us please give us another call. Lori Quintana if you were dissatisfied with service you will need to speak to your mother, who worked here when you had insurance with us and you only dealt with her. That is why she no longer works at HSB Insurance.
Can't ever get a hold of them 😕 or they don't call you back like they said they would very frustrating
Incompetent, raised my monthly payment due to their negligence..
