Gayle Roberts has to be the most amazing Realtor I have ever worked with. Gayle assisted me when I sold my first primary home in 2004, when I moved from MD to VA. 11 years later, and 2 out-of- State home sales later with out-of-State Realtors, I relocated back to MD. We interviewed other realtors and we chose Gayle and HSA. We closed recently, and can say without reservation that we chose well. She was professional, patient, and willing to work with us through the listing process and every step of the transaction. We worked through changes to the plan when we just could not get the house ready to show, challenges with the home inspection process and all the little details that cropped up and took us somewhat by surprise. Gayle Roberts was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is super honest, knowledgeable, and very passionate in what she does. She quickly got to know us and what we were looking for in a home and never hesitated to send new listings and take us on as many tours as possible. She was also very detail oriented and objective when it came to the contract and negotiations and provided great advice/guidance along the way.
