Self-serve with locked gate code around facility. We use this at my workplace for off-site storage and haven't had any issues.
I called around for prices and to see how the management responds and picked H&S. I dealt directly with Brenda, who describes her business as a "Ma and Pop" place. The facility was very clean and secure and she and her husband couldn't be nicer folks. I hope to never move again, but if I do I would not hesitate to use H & S Self Storage.
