stephen , I tried reaching you multiple times. You still have $4300 of deposit paid towards patio where no work has been completed. I have offered you to just talk to me and reconnect. Is your plan to run away with the money and never show up ? if so , let me know and I may consider not chasing or following up with you for the money all of us paid to your company. Being a former cop and a military guy ( based on what you told us ) you are damaging the respect and the reputation for police and military.
I originally hired them to do my spring cleaning and they did such a good job I hired them to mow my lawn for the season and do some simple hardscaping. They have since barely been cutting my lawn and the grass clippings are all over my landscaping beds, they took over 2 months to complete a hardscaping job and used the completely wrong paver so it doesn’t match my old one. Absolute trash. Zero communication. Zero consistency. Would not fulfill commitment and bailed without notice. Did the same thing to EVERY PERSON ON OUR STREET!Damaged air conditioner with weed whacker. Cut down plants. Blew a ton of cut grass into enclosed 4-season patio instead of sliding a small screen door shut or asking a person WHO WAS HOME to do so. Would not answer or return phone calls.
This lawncare service company is a complete letdown. I hired them to take care of my yard, and they failed miserably. They promised to complete the work on time, but not only did they miss every deadline, they never even finished the job.Their communication is nonexistent—text messages were ignored, and when they bothered to reply, it was always a flimsy excuse about showing up "tomorrow."
