I got lucky and got a seat immediately on Mother's Day (5/13/18) during lunch time without reservation. I was told by the person checking people in, it is normally an hour wait. Instead of an hour, my wife, my 2 kids and myself to seated immediately. That is what I call, "Outstanding customer service". Thank you staff of HS Lordships for the accommodation. This place is horrible far from what it was before. The service is awful and the exterior appearance is ghetto.
We love our experiences here! Great buffet spread/selection and friendly service! We got a view of San Francisco! Fresh seafood, especially the �! Desserts are abundant and yummy!!! When I read other people’s low ratings and specific comments, I begin to wonder if we’re thinking about the Same restaurant. This is just a great place to celebrate special occasions or if you simply want great food!

Our Easter Brunch was really good, with a large assortment of food. We’ve had Easter Brunch there before so we knew what to expect. The service today was five star. Plates taken away promptly and drinks refilled through out our meal, by friendly staff.
We went here for lunch. What great service and delicious food. Leo was a great server and very attentive. Absolutely love this restaurant and can't wait to go back!
Excellent brunch efficient and friendly staff good crowd of people and kid friendly!!! We will definitely return
