I am extremely disappointed with my experience with HNS Heating and Air-Conditioning. We were loyal, repeat customers we originally chose them because of the excellent work done on our business and a previous high-quality install at our home. We got a furnace and a/c about 6 years ago we did like them but not no more. We were paying $376.99 a year for cleaning and expectation we are now selling our house, and we called to find out if the new owner takes that over and she says "oh I don't see anything like that" but we do offer $250 a year for both a/c and furnace cleaning. What a rip off we will not tell the new owner to call you we will tell them to go somewhere else.

We had an outstanding experience with this heating and A/C company from start to finish. They came right away when we needed them most and our furnace went out in the middle of a brutal cold snap. They provided a fix until they could install our new furnace. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were able to fit us in much sooner than we expected.
