A couple winters ago, we got stuck in the snow—and a kind stranger stopped to pull us out. When we offered him money, he declined but gave us his business card, mentioning his heating and A/C business. We held onto that card, and sure enough, this summer our central air went out on one of the hottest days. Jeremy came and gave us a realistic quote for the heat pump replacement that we needed. They kept us informed during the ordering time from the manufacture. When the equipment was shipped they set a install date. Tom was here on time and went right to work . He and his crew kept every thing clean and efficiently installed the new heat pump. The new Rudd heat pump is quieter than our old one . We could not be happier with the work that H&S did for us. Thanks for the great job. Steve
