The product (air conditioning and heat pump) is working great. The service people were wonderful and gave excel service and were patient and answered all my questions. Would not recommend there journeyman service tech came to my house to check levels in my air conditioner he had a really bad attitude, missed a very simple fix, and offered to recharge my air conditioner for more than double the cost that I was charged from there competition. When I had there competitor come out they sent an apprentice who found the leak within minutes doing the exact same thing the journeyman said he did did the day earlier after paying for a service call to H&S. Had them come out to fix AC unit Benn said the 2 main fuses were bad then said he didn't have them on his van so I got them and replaced myself had the same problem just blows both fuses called them back said they would have to charge me again WAIT WHAT!! AND I LIVE 1 MILE FROM THERE STORE!!

Fantastic service, able to squeeze us in during a packed schedule and like Superman was able to fix the problem with lightning like speed. We even had the company owner do the work. Can not recommend enough.
