My heat exchanger went out on my furnace and Bailey came to give me a consultation and was very helpful in explaining what was wrong. He showed me the flames that were going backwards. He helped me understand the situation. He gave me an estimate for replacing the furnace and looked into if there was a warranty on the heat exchanger. Bailey is very friendly and helpful. I was having issues with my furnace not heating to the set temperature. I still had heat, but not as warm as I like it. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to come out the same day. The owner Jason, did the service call. He said I definitely needed the service done and actually showed me what/where the problem was. He was able to fix it and get my heat back up to where I like it. I am now on their schedule for a yearly tune-up. I would definitely recommend this company if you need any heating issues fixed.
