They installed our A/C about 7 years ago. Great experience... until it stopped working last year. They came out and discovered that we lost about half of the refrigeratant but couldn't find a leak. They topped us off for about $1400 and it worked again. Well, this year they aren't working again... and it's completely empty which means that whatever leak they couldn't find got worse over the winter.
