We had an outstanding experience with this heating and A/C company from start to finish. They came right away when we needed them most and our furnace went out in the middle of a brutal cold snap. They provided a fix until they could install our new furnace. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were able to fit us in much sooner than we expected. I hired H&S Heating and Air Conditioning to fix a boiler that was not heating the upstairs. They replaced the water circulator and charged me almost $1,300, but the replacement failed the very next day. The unit then vibrated so violently that we shut the heat off because it seemed unsafe to keep running. Instead of standing behind their work, they charged me another $124 for a return visit and $130 just to turn the system on. We used H&S for duct cleaning, plumbing and electrical. Everyone that came into our home was respectful, knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend them to all.
