Great job on quick service and pro install..unfortunately i was unaware it was going to be 270 something per hr..i did get him the owner down to 230 but still very expensive to fix a 2 ft.copper line.job was three blocks away

I didn't have an emergency situation, but they were able to come out within 24 hours of my call. The technician, Ben, was very helpful, pleasant and thorough making sure to check all possibilities before he replaced anything that didn't need replacing. Ben explained everything he was doing and gave me many helpful tips for ongoing maintenance. Luckily my problem was resolved by replacing the capacitor.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with HNS Heating and Air-Conditioning. We were loyal, repeat customers we originally chose them because of the excellent work done on our business and a previous high-quality install at our home. Unfortunately, the company's standards have plummeted. We were convinced to invest $24,000 in a new system that has had issues from day one. We got a furnace and a/c about 6 years ago we did like them but not no more. We were paying $376.99 a year for cleaning and expectation we are now selling our house, and we called to find out if the new owner takes that over and she says "oh I don't see anything like that" but we do offer $250 a year for both a/c and furnace cleaning. What a rip off we will not tell the new owner to call you we will tell them to go somewhere else.
