I ended up purchasing a tahoe. I never got a response to my email sent to them, so I drove to where they are located. No one spoke good English, so it was very difficult doing business, and they didn't contact my bank for payoff or anything. I had to do all the work myself. The only reason we stayed with them is because of the trade in value they gave me on my car.
