They’ve helped us more than once. When Terry couldn’t do anything with our Kenmore refrigerator, after more than one attempt, he refunded $. Unheard of! Even Sears couldn’t fix it...what does that tell you? GREAT customer service!
These guys are great. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my grandmas washer so I posted online some questions and asking for some help and they reached out to me on a Sunday afternoon and he talked me through it and in less than 5 mins we had it going again. 5 stars guys!!! my new appliance people for sure!!! highly recommended company!!!

I recently had the pleasure of using H&S Appliance Repair to work on my Maytag dryer. Terry is knowledgeable, experienced, and extremely professional. He was very conscientious through our entire repair process and clearly communicated to me any parts or labor that need to take place to complete the repair. Paula is so sweet and extremely organized when scheduling the appointments. I will absolutely use H&S again when the need arises.
All the folks were so helpful, worked late on a Friday night, and didn’t even charge for a diagnosis! My washer wasn’t worth fixing but Terry made some calls and helped me locate a good used washer! Highly recommend!!
