Live in Florence and washer had quit in mid rinse...under warranty...they selected H&S even though they were over an hour away... nice folks, kept us informed and Brandon Mathis came this a.m. and within 2 minutes of listening to the noise, determined that something was trapped in the drainage pump...got it fixed well within an hour, replaced pump, found finishing nail (wonder where that came from? ha) checked for leaks and cleaned up area...wonderful service, wonderful repairer and so glad it wasn't worse...will use you aga... read more

They had to order a part for my washer and still had it repaired in less than 36 hours. Amazing service!!!
Very nice and did a great job fixing warranty work on Electrolux Washer...Dryer and Kitchen Aid Refergiator. Explained everything to me and the problems found and how to avoid them in the future! Will definitely be using these guys again!
