A simple blood draw appointment scheduled for 8:00 AM didn’t happen until 8:36 AM. I notified the front desk at 8:20 AM that I was still waiting for my scheduled blood draw and that I didn’t want to be late for work. They told me I could leave at any time and reschedule.
