I lived at an HRV property for 7 years and enjoyed my time very much. Common areas (hallways, lobby, etc) in the building were very well-maintained. (You could often smell lemon cleaning products...a good sign of floors being cleaned frequently!!) Over the course of my 7 years there, I ran into a few expected repairs (general wear and tear) and all were dealt with promptly and courteously.
