We had a pretty serious water issue on our main floor as well as an unfinished portion of the basement that we discovered Sunday late afternoon. Within in 90 minutes of calling HRS, Jesus and Juan showed up and did an amazing job mitigating the damage which required three days of monitoring which the did. They were totally professional, courteous, and careful in every aspect of our interaction. Could not be happier or more pleased.
I had a main sewer line back up into my basement. We tested positive for asbestos in the tile, mastic and drywall. Levy at Rockies Environmental quickly provided an estimate to our insurance and was very responsive. Miguel and Jose did an amazing job cleaning up the mess and explained the entire process.
