Brandon (the owner) is an awesome guy with tons of experience in the industry - if you want a company you can trust to get the job done right the first time, I'd say look no further. They had great attitudes, took care in the demo work to ensure repair costs were minimal, communication was excellent, and work was transparent and clean. Thanks again!
When our commercial property experienced a flood, HRS Restoration came to the rescue. Your team was able to arrive within a reasonable amount of time, and once the cleanup started, we greatly appreciated receiving daily updates with pictures. This was especially helpful since we are not located onsite. The only area I believe could use some improvement is communication. Daniel and Derek came out as an emergency call on a Sunday promptly and efficiently! Without their quick response and efficient cleanup, the backflow from our plumbing systems would have been a lot worse! The team was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! Can’t recommend them enough!
Update to my original post which I'll leave below, because the onsite workers did a good job. The management team however, didn't even attempt to collect payment from my insurance company, stayed completely silent for three months and their first communication with me was only to threaten me with a lien on my house. This was highly unprofessional and not something I'd expect from a reputable company that was referred by my insurance carrier.
