This is the second time I ordered from them. BOTH times flowers were not delivered until well after 5 even after I had ordered earlier. The first time they delivered the next day. They apologized and said it is not normal for that to happen. However, it happened again this time. They gave same excuses both times. Short handed had a funeral. Which I totally understand. However, don’t take the order if you can’t fill it.
Flowers were really pretty and delivered right on time
The next time that I need flowers I will go to HR's.
