If possible I will give you sezo. My driver is there checked in, there are not busy, no other trucks, I called Ernesto at receiving and he pretended like they have a lot trucks, then another excuse that the people are at lunch. My driver is there already 4 hours, nothing, the only truck at tbe parking area. They don't care. Very, very slow.
Strict on appointments. I arrived 3 hrs early than my appointment time. Just do check in and they will call you. Appointment was for 10:00 am and I got call at 10:05. Unloaded at 11:08. They do have a washroom inside check in office. Few parking spots for waiting. Overall good experience.
