These people think they own the truck drivers time. Sure wish I would have looked at the reviews before I booked the load.
I wish I could give this place 0 star , appointment 1 o clock is 2:30 , come back to the receiver talking to this idiot telling drivers we move slow and we will do our best to get you on dock almost when docks are open and this forklift dudes sitting around doing nothing . Unbelievable do not come here and deliver if you value your time and money, go somewhere else.
Si pudiera le daba cero estrellas,,,eviten venir aquí. Y si vienen prepárense con mucha paciencia, por que se llevarán el día entero esperando por Una puerta.... No respetan la cita. Primera vez,llegue a la 1am,con cita a la 1pm,y salí a las 9pm. Segunda vez,llegue a las 2am,con cita a las 11am, son las 4:30 pm y todavía no me dan puerta para descargarme.

Great people, slow unloading. Plan to be here at least 20 hours. Appointment times go out the window. I live locally here and thats why its rated 3 stars as I can drive my rig back home to Hobart, IN. Make sure you have food on board and no load preplanned while waiting. I am 7th truck from a first come first serve thats supposed to start at 8am on a monday while everyone checked in prior to that.
