If I could give -5 starts I would. As a refeer driver I plan on having to wait 2-3 hours maybe 4 and I understand that when you get the load to come here it’s too late to turn it down so I will not say like I read a lot “ Don’t take a load coming here” cause by the time you read this it’s too late lol. It’s not room to park overnight you could get lucky but it’s a Loves 9 miles away you can always find or make a spot there it’s pretty big and new. Slow
Don't show up early, they won't unload you until after your appointment time. The facility is not huge & not really busy but they are really slow. Checked in at 7:00a.m. on a Saturday for 2p.m. appointment time. They only worked on 3 trucks the whole time & assigned a dock at 2:30p.m. Took them 3hrs to unload, so not unless you've a morning appointment, don't plan on a reload without a late pickup time. Good thing, they have clean restroom and a few parking spots in the facility.
Horrible place to deliver, don't think about coming early you will just sit. Not a single truck in the dock and wouldn't take anyone early. Extremely lazy!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Checked in at 730. Appointment time was 10:00. I was the 2nd one checked in. 1300 and still not in a door. But the truck behind is . Detention started at noon
