We hired HR&M HVAC to install a new heating and cooling system while remodeling our house. Josh recommended we go with a high efficiency electric heat pump vs a gas furnace for energy efficiency. On top of the efficiency aspect, we love that we can’t even hear the air conditioning or heater when it’s running. We really enjoyed working with Josh and could not be happier with the service HR&M HVAC provided. We would recommend them to anyone.
We have used Josh twice for service on our wine room Cooling system. He is always prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a recent factory warranty issue with our system and Josh took care of all the out reach to the manufacturer and resolved it by them replacing the system. We highly recommend Josh.
Josh installed a cooling system in our wine seller and then a new air conditioning system in our house. He was great, professional, clean and put up with our uncooperative dog, always with a great attitue. The units work great and highly, highly recommend him.
Josh and his company have successfully completed two separate projects for our residential home in Auburn, California. We have a mostly glass-enclosed “sun deck” that gets mid-day and afternoon sun. The space was unusable from late spring to mid-fall because it was so blasted hot. His solution was to install a mini-split that (astonishingly) quickly cools and maintains the space at comfy temps.
