My experience with HRI Roofing was not ideal. Communication was inconsistent, and I often had to follow up for updates. There were also instances where workers arrived without prior notice. A referral bonus that was promised wasn’t paid, and some damaged siding was left unrepaired. Despite follow-up emails, I didn’t receive a response. I would recommend considering other options.

Jose, Georgia and the whole roofing crew were just terrific. Jose reached out after the hail storm in May wrecked my roof. He is very trustworthy and keep in close contact throughout the whole process. Georgia was patient while the insurance payment thing got settled. Their work is solid. Highly recommend this company.

This company came to do the roof on the day they said great punctuality! Great communication with me on getting the root replaced. They even cleaned my rain gutters and took the debris in the clean up. I didn't find a peace of the old roof in my yard. Completed the roof in two days as said. We have had our roof replaced by other companies all the above they didn't do. I would give them 10 stars if I could and would recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you for a job well done.
