The service technique misdiagnosed a leak on my ac unit and told me I needed a new drain pan and it was going to cost anywhere from 3 to 4 thousand and then his sales person tried to upsell me a new unit if I was going to spend that much in repairs might as well get a new one. Called them on a Friday and although they contacted me right away via phone and text, when I didnt respond due to being on a work call, they sent someone out anyway. The service person arrived just before 4pm, made an assessment and informed me that new parts would be needed but that their parts department was already closed. This is where I take issue - why send someone out when there is no way to do any work due to the parts dept being closed? They were happy to take the 129$ fee though. This is a terrible practice. Timely, thorough, professional, and kind. Broke down all my options and worked to make it so I could understand pro/cons of all the options. Quote for water heater, new water lines, and did safety inspection of all water connections.
