I have personally called 3 plumbing companies prior to calling HRI and the other companies either didnt return my call, didnt show up or were full for months. I called HRI and they were able to come to my house within a weeks time frame and complete what I asked to have done and then some. We went over details for future projects/updates that my husband and I have wanted to complete and we are already on the schedule for those to be done. The service technique misdiagnosed a leak on my ac unit and told me I needed a new drain pan and it was going to cost anywhere from 3 to 4 thousand and then his sales person tried to upsell me a new unit if I was going to spend that much in repairs might as well get a new one. The tech and whoever he talked to on the phone came up with their diagnosis from looking through a small weep hole on the side of the drain pan instead of actually taking out the primary and secondary drain plugs which would allow for thorough views of... read more

Called them on a Friday and although they contacted me right away via phone and text, when I didnt respond due to being on a work call, they sent someone out anyway. The service person arrived just before 4pm, made an assessment and informed me that new parts would be needed but that their parts department was already closed. This is where I take issue - why send someone out when there is no way to do any work due to the parts dept being closed? They were happy to take the 129$ fee though. This is a terrible practice.
