Called them on a Friday and although they contacted me right away via phone and text, when I didnt respond due to being on a work call, they sent someone out anyway. The service person arrived just before 4pm, made an assessment and informed me that new parts would be needed but that their parts department was already closed. This is where I take issue - why send someone out when there is no way to do any work due to the parts dept being closed? They were happy to take the 129$ fee though. This is a terrible practice.
