If I could give zero stars, I would. We came to this ER in the middle of the night because my husband was experiencing severe, unexplained pain — so intense that he was actively vomiting and writhing in distress. Despite the waiting room being nearly empty (no more than 3–4 patients), we were forced to sit through registration and paperwork while staff watched him suffer. Brought my 1 year old here, to find out they closed their pediatric side. Do not come here
can you give 0 starts. for got to give me my papers. for got to give me medical equipment needed that night. forgot to give prescriptions. walked to er. they cant find my paper work. asking me to go back home to get it because they cant find it.
I never thought I’d leave a google review for an ER visit, but I can’t express how appreciative I am of the staff in the ER department. Nurse Stephanie A was so sweet and attentive despite me accidentally pressing the call button numerous times. Dr. Baux-Johnson was very patient and attentive when I was explaining my symptoms to her.
