I can’t recommend HRC Waterproofing enough. Extremely professional. John and Ray are excellent communicators. Very responsive and they keep their word. They are punctual, and complete the job in a timely fashion. Not to mention that the work is excellent! The laborers were neat, thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns. I am definitely recommending them again to all of my friends!!
A pleasant dry house starts from the bottom up. Like so many New Yorkers, our house had flooding issues and a basement from the 1900’s, just waiting for the next storm for water to flow in through cracks in the foundation and then waterfall through the access points that were at street level. If you have waterproofing issues, Ray and team can take care of it all. We had a problem with rainwater running down the driveway into the house - we shopped around but most of the other contractors we spoke to could offer solutions only for the exterior or the interior of the house. Ray came up with a plan addressing both with a reasonable price. I'm happy to report that we have had no more leaks since Ray's team worked on the issue, despite a summer of heavy rain.
HRC did an excellent job restoring my home after a small fire. They responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and finished everything on time. The work was professional and gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend their services.
