For several YEARS, i was plagued with a MAJOR PROBLEM at my Brooklyn, NYC apartment building property: A two-story cottage in my back courtyard was being invaded along the rear wall by rats from a neighboring property. Raymond and his team installed a French drain system around my basement perimeter walls about a year and a half ago. Until yesterday, I never really had a chance to see how well it worked. We got more than 3.5 inches of rain, and the system performed perfectly! If you’re asking whether I recommend HRC, my answer is 100% YES!
