I can't say this place is professional, nor warm. They sent cancelation though email without a phone call. When I called to the office to confirm the cancelation, I was told that I have to contact the specific dr and leave a message to his voice mail. At this stage I felt overwhelmed and requested to cancel all of my appointments, while the receptionist was rude and hanged up on me. Being a patient who needs psychiatric consultation, being trated by this kind of behavior from a caregiver is beyond my understanding.
I have been seeing Dr. Hicks for almost 15 months now. The staff is very professional and I will continue coming here. Highly recommend.
Best psychiatry practice in town! Process was smooth getting into HRC and provider listens
Dr. Khan is the best psychiatrist I have had since my original diagnosis over a decade ago. And I have been through a few of them… He seems to listen to my concerns and takes the time to make a plan to address them. I see him mostly virtually and he is always on time for the session. I have had to call the office a few times to address various things over the past few years and they have always been extremely responsive. A+ service!
Dr. Patel is absolutely wonderful.
