My office is decent. I love my doctor. But I hate the overall experience with Optum

Dr.H is a great caring Dr.
Because he's dependable. You have a problems, he takes care of it, gets it straightened out for you. If he doesn't know, he finds out and other than that, I've dealt with him for 40 years, he's a good person.
I've been going to the doctor for 20 years. I'm extremely close to him and happy with thim. I understand he's going through a transition now, going to Optimum and I'm willing to go with on the transition. It's a little strange. But you know, times are changing. I just hope I can have access to him like I did before.
Dr.H gets the 10 not optum.
I have a Problem with giving anything or anyone a perfect score. Still the provider is great.
