I called for a quote today and your patient care team member was not very welcoming. She had a serious tone and made it sound like it was a problem to ask for a quote of possibly how much the testing would be. My apologies for wanting to make sure I was able to cover the costs out of pocket as a worse case scenario. She didn’t say bye or thank you for calling or ask if I had any other questions. Great overall experience. My therapist, Dr. Omar Mangrum, is always there for me to answer my questions and help me find my own answers. It has been a great support for me while dealing with my long-term, treatment resistant depression.

I had services here in September and October of 2021 with Dr. Spahn. He laughed at me a handful of times and I should have just walked out then. Later, in the written evaluation he referred to me as dramatic and that my thoughts were meager and barren. Much of the personal history in the written evaluation was not accurate. He didn’t contact my therapist after he offered it to me. She possibly could have communicated details on my behalf since I have been seeing her for over 2 years.
