I have been a client here for about a year and everyone I have interacted with has been friendly and helpful. I see Anne (I followed her to this practice), who is amazing. Although it took some time to get in, I knew based on a personal review that it was worth the wait. Bridget was helpful with scheduling and Dr. Maurer was very welcoming, kind, educational, and responsive. I have since referred someone to see Dr. Maurer because it was such a nice experience!

Receptionist staff needs training. Rude and condescending. Didn’t even get to making an appointment because the staff was unprofessional.

I called for a quote today and your patient care team member was not very welcoming. She had a serious tone and made it sound like it was a problem to ask for a quote of possibly how much the testing would be. My apologies for wanting to make sure I was able to cover the costs out of pocket as a worse case scenario. She didn’t say bye or thank you for calling or ask if I had any other questions. Great overall experience. My therapist, Dr. Omar Mangrum, is always there for me to answer my questions and help me find my own answers. It has been a great support for me while dealing with my long-term, treatment resistant depression.
