According to my insurance portal, they’re in network, but when I called to confirm and try to make an appointment for an evaluation, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive and made it my insurance company’s problem that they were listed as in network, even though policyholders are unable to make any changes to the website and only providers can update their listings. We waited in queue nine months for a neuro-psych eval from HRA Psychological Services / Pediatric Mindworks for one of our children. Our assigned evaluator was a staff by the name of Jennifer Maurer. I have been a client here for about a year and everyone I have interacted with has been friendly and helpful. I see Anne (I followed her to this practice), who is amazing. My experience with EMDR therapy has been especially helpful. Although it took some time to get in, I knew based on a personal review that it was worth the wait. Bridget was helpful with scheduling and Dr. Maurer was very welcoming, kind, educational, and responsive. I have since referred someone to see Dr. Maurer because it was such a nice experience!
Receptionist staff needs training. Rude and condescending. Didn’t even get to making an appointment because the staff was unprofessional.
