We waited in queue nine months for a neuro-psych eval from HRA Psychological Services / Pediatric Mindworks for one of our children. Our assigned evaluator was a staff by the name of Jennifer Maurer. I have been a client here for about a year and everyone I have interacted with has been friendly and helpful. I see Anne (I followed her to this practice), who is amazing. My experience with EMDR therapy has been especially helpful. Although it took some time to get in, I knew based on a personal review that it was worth the wait. Bridget was helpful with scheduling and Dr. Maurer was very welcoming, kind, educational, and responsive. I have since referred someone to see Dr. Maurer because it was such a nice experience!

Receptionist staff needs training. Rude and condescending. Didn’t even get to making an appointment because the staff was unprofessional.

I called for a quote today and your patient care team member was not very welcoming. She had a serious tone and made it sound like it was a problem to ask for a quote of possibly how much the testing would be. My apologies for wanting to make sure I was able to cover the costs out of pocket as a worse case scenario. She didn’t say bye or thank you for calling or ask if I had any other questions.
