Pete was on time, in a great mood, and very business like. He got straight into diagnosing the problem. Luckily it was not a nasty situation, and he got it fixed up quickly and was soon on his way
Very pleased
We’ve used HR for many years for maintenance and repair of our boiler. The guys are always professional. They take care of the problem. They don’t leave a mess which we’ve had other places leave messes at one time or another, but we always prefer to go to them when something when the boiler is acting up, but if you could give them 10 stars, give them 10 stars that the office staff is great. The technicians are great so you can’t lose by going with them.
They came when they said they would, very responsive and made sure we had heat. Can't ask for much more, thanks!
