Called H&R Roofing on a Friday after strong winds knocked off a couple of shingles on my home roof. The Project Manager at H&R called me back within ten minutes to get additional details. He said he would try and get someone to my house the following Monday. The Project Manager then texted me the next day (Saturday) and said he would have his crew at my house at 7:00am Monday. Quick and easy service. Made the process very easy and replaced my roof and left the yard as the found it.
I recently had my roof reshingled with a custom half-moon metal portico installed, and the entire experience was excellent. The crew worked hard and finished the roof in just two days with great attention to detail. The portico installation took a bit longer only because the special metal had to be ordered, but once it arrived, they completed the job promptly and beautifully. Having to invest in a new roof is not a fun project. However, from the time H&R Roofing and Solar came out to see my roof until final completion (a matter of a couple of weeks), Ronaldo and his team provided quick, professional, pleasant and excellent service. The job was done (roof and gutters), the yard was left spotless, there are no more water leaks and there were no surprises. H & R is highly recommended.
I have had several roofs overs the years refinished and by far H&R was my best experience. Great communication, customer service care and quality craftsmanship. They delivered and for the price they had estimated. Very pleased and would highly recommend!
