I wish I could have rated this review more stars as the apartment itself was very quaint. I was a tenant at the Palma Royal location in North Miami. I had to leave my lease early for personal reasons and relocate to central Florida. I paid an early termination fee and I lived here for 6 months in a 1-bedroom apartment. Upon move in, the apartment was not clean and the AC was not working nor was fixed despite it needing repairs. Other repairs to the backyard fence were also not made.
