Just FYI, I was forced to write this review: When a contractor promises to show up in a certain window of time, and then does. When they have the gall to text you to let you know *exactly* when they'll be there... then has the audacity to show up at that time. When they proceed to carefully explain how everything works; what they're doing; and the best methods to maintain the A/C, furnace and fresh air exchangers (even though I didn't ask). Needed a new water heater as my old one stopped working. They were recommended to us through the nextdoor app. Ravi and his dad were very responsive and were able to help me choose a new one at a very affordable price compared to the big retailers. They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. The installation went smoothly and they were done in a few hours. Would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.
Ravi and his dad came to change the vent on my clothes dryer. The price was reasonable, excellent communication, efficient, and very pleasant. He went over everything they had done and took pictures along the way. I highly recommend them!
