I recently had an emergency with my furnace where it stopped giving heat . We were referred to Ravi who arrived within the hour of our call . He quickly diagnosed the issue, was able to locate the part that was needed to be replaced and came back to replace and run a test on my furnace . He was extremely professional and explained what the issue was and what needed to be done. He focused on the Issue on hand and didn’t try to sell me other services or parts. Super grateful for his services .
Ravi replaced my aging humidifier and a few months later, I called him for furnace maintenance. I had a good experience and will definitely book subsequent hvac work with H&R. Many thanks!
