They don't install unless they sell you the floor. Told me buying my flooring from Lowes is like buying clearance flooring. Joke!!
Just had my whole house done, new spc flooring, carpet and baseboards throughout whole house with H&R. First off we had several quotes before hugo and he was the cheapest! Hugo and his team did a great job and even went above and beyond making sure floors came out great. They even fixed our foundation to make sure floors were level while working with our budget.
