great service and price for the best return would recommend Mudgee H&R Block
Made an appointment at Mudgee branch for 5.30pm. Had to finish work early for the appointment then received a phone call at 5.03pm to be told they are an hour behind schedule. I replied with a request to ring me 20 minutes before the appointment so I can make it on time. Did not get the call so went down to the office at 6.28pm to see that they closed at 6pm. Now I can't get in for another week. Very unprofessional.
