I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment. Zoe was finishing up with a client and I was told she will be with us shortly. Zoe's prior meeting ended a couple minutes before my meeting time. She came out to the front desk at 3 (the time of my scheduled meeting). She looked at me, didn't say hi, took a note from the receptionist and went back to her seat.
