We worked with Mohini, and feel so fortunate. She was responsive, professional, smart and kind. The process was a complicated one and she made it seem manageable without ever making us feel bad for what we didn't know. I'm not sure how our experience could be improved. As painless as taxes could possibly be.
Tax prep agent was a no show for an in person appointment after I took off work. H&R block didn't call
