I set up a virtual appointment with this H&R Block for Saturday 15, 2023. I chose this company because they advertised 85$ tax preparation on ******* So I was on my computer waiting for the zoom appointment to start. 30 minutes go by, I finally call the office and ask for ****** (tax preparer assigned to me) to find out whats up. I was told the computers were down for a while, and thats why she didnt make the appointment - and then another customer arrived early so she had to take care of them. Showed up 15mins early to my appointment to do my taxes. At the ******** location. I had notified them the day before I needed to do multiple years. Was told no problem. I had uploaded all documents needed prior to the appt. Met with **** who proceeded to do 1 year then told me she needed to print something for another customer who walked in. Very poor customer care- unreliable tax preparation people. No fixed price sheet or any description of services provided. I expect people to know their jobs and not have to call in any help from others.

I'm only providing a 1-Star review because I have no other option. First let me start out by saying that I have used H&R Block for my tax returns for as long as I can remember. I had the extreme displeasure of working with ***************** at this location. She said she was going to file my contractors' ****s and when she filled out the forms, she made a bunch of mistakes. When I called to have her correct them, I was told I would have to make an appointment. I did this three times and she never called at at point. They take your money and say they will stand behind you if you are audited which is a bunch of bull
H&R Block of Winchester,Indiana charged me $495 to do my federal & state taxes . Last year I paid $270 I had less deduction I have 1 duplex I rent . I wont be going back I believe the manager cheated me out of the difference I wont be going back
NO STARS, 100% Guarantee is a SHAM!!!! I initially purchased Turbo Tax Premium and they didnt have the forms to file my NEW BUSINESS, so I purchased H&R Premium and Business Program specifically for the **** form and K-1 filing. After buying at Office Depot, went home to try and get started, couldn't find the website to put my Activation Code in.
