In November of 2020 I purchased the Premium Business State version of the software from H&R Block. I did the purchase online. The program comes in 2 parts, the business part and the personal part. The personal downloaded and I began work on that. When I got to the place where I needed to generate a K1, the Business part of the program was not included. I transfer $2600 to my e-pockets 3/5/2021 successful. The money was there . Saturday 3/6/2021 morning I went on to the website to transfer some funds from the e-pocket to my account and my $2600 was not there in my e-pocket. It's been 3 days and all they have given me is a case number RES-44175783 and telling me I have to wait for a mistake H&R did on there behalf and I have to wait for money that was already in there and than disappeared . Hi, I purchased the H&R Block 2020 individual income tax program deluxe plus state online. I received an email with the software however I never downloaded it. What happened next was the email was deleted by mistake. For the last three weeks I've been trying to reach HRBlock customer support My emails and phone calls so I could have them send me another email so I can download the software that I've already paid for. To say that we are dissatisfied with the service provided is an understatement. They are BEYOND overpriced and when the person found something that could have saved us money last year on our return (they did our return last year), she was completely flippant about it, even though it would have meant us receiving a refund last year on our state return instead of paying money back. After using H&R Block for years, I feel they have changed their business model to force customers to use their Pro and other higher cost services even if not needed by customer. Doing your taxes online you will find so many interruptions between each step to ask you if you want to use a higher priced service and if you make one mistake by clicking yes instead of "No thanks" then there is no easy way out. I paid $29.99 for the Deluxe E-File so I could get support. When the IRS said they did not receive the return that H&R Block said was submitted I called for support and was told I had the free version. I emailed their support and sent a receipt showing I paid. I called them again and was put in a queue for over 50 minutes. Then the hold music stopped and there was dead air on the line for over half an hour before they hung up on me. I am close to asking for a fraud chargeback as I was not given the service I paid for.
Do not see Israel or anyone at the ***** * ******** ** ******** ** ******** ***** or even any H&R Block! It will be an utter waste of your time. My husband and I made an appointment at another H&R Block on Hammerly in Houston. Before I made the appointment I asked very specific questions about our tax situation and was told they could help. Used them for years this is first year with issues. my taxes are stuck in a server not sent to irs - customer service is awful telling me to wait it out - chat times are long, held on phones over 2 hours today to tell me it will be escalated. well 3 weeks now and my taxes were not filed.
