I am writing this for my mother in law who is not very technically inclined. She wanted me to rave about the Tax Professional she dealt with at this location. She said that Sherifa Was just amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and very caring to her situation. She said that Sherifa listened, went over everything step by step (sometimes multiple times, which she appreciated)and really made her feel safe, secure and in good hands. I did my tax today instant refund they said there wouldn't be any hold on the check when I cash it but the bank put it on hold for five business days I paid for instant cash back and can't get my money 😑 😒 🙃 am so mad and disappointed am going back to them tomorrow I'll keep you all post
I had tried filing with another office and after uploading my documents, my remote tax expert ignored my messages and made no effort to file my return after over a week. My partner had filed with Mary Ann and had a wonderful experience with her. He reached out to ask her if she would take me as a client, and Mary Ann went above and beyond to speak to her district manager and have me switched to her district and reassigned to her.
