never ever apply to their online filing service these people made me wait for so long morethan a week and never update you for anything. i ended up canceling after all those wasted days. dont put up a service your not willing to fullfil and stop wasting peoples time. only time these people gave me a quick response was when they acknowledged my cancellation, bunch of clowns. only if theres zero stars.
I arrived on time for the appointment and the place was still closed . I waited for 10 minutes and still nobody showed up . Extremely unprofessional. Just go to sauga tax across the mall.
I have been filing my taxes with Ivor for the last 3 years. He is the only person that i have filed my taxes with, that makes filing taxes easy and understandable throughout all of my years. I had a good first time experience with this H&R Block location. One lady assisted me with filing my tax and she was very nice and helpful in doing it. So very simple and easy. I would definitely come back and do my taxes again at this location again next year.
