Unknowledgeable. They had a promotion but once they were asked about it, they said it was for people on welfare.....Why display something in the mall if you are targeting low-income families. Got an estimate and it was about 3-5k lower in return than when I would do it myself. Never filing with HR block - they just do the basics and nothing more for you.
Longest wait time I have ever experienced at h&r block at any location!
