No clue on how this place can get a 4.8. These people just don’t respect your time. You might think you are well taken care of when you have filled out everything online, booked an appointment in advance. Nope! Here’s what happened. On my way there, I got an email saying the appt has been rescheduled 15 mins later. Understandable because of the tax season.
