Super great tax prep service, convenient and professional and the value is worth every penny!
Pam may be great for simple W-2 returns, but look elsewhere if you trade stocks and have wash sales, or have anything more complex, and do not skimp on the extra audit-protection fee! My trouble with IRS letters late last year when I learned for a reply letter that the e-filing totals differed from my printed copy. Luckily, another branch agreed to my demand to amend my returns at no cost due to the errors, and I'm still waiting to see if they'll reimburse my overdue interest fee. After seeing all the positive reviews that involve Pam, I was excited that when I made my appointment it turned out to be with her. She was awesome! I've always had a solid experience at H&R Block, in a variety of cities around the country, but I think my best one ever was the other day with Pam. My return was prepared professionally for a reasonable fee. I particularly wish to commend H&R Block tax professional Pamela Ezell for taking extra effort in explaining reasons my taxes .increased for 2021.
Its PAM! She is just amazing, she is so warm but at the same time efficient and quick, she makes filing my taxes so easy! My Uncle is an accountant and will do my taxes for free, but I prefer to pay over $300 to have Pam do them; its worth every penny. Its so quick and painless and I just LOVE talking to her !
