My tax preparer Dorothy Dyess is AWESOME!!!
It snows three days ago the streets and sidewalks are all cleared and they still aren't open must not like making money
Turned a substantial tax liability into a substantial refund. Would 100% recommended especially with complex circumstances like mine
The lady that did my taxes was sweet, but I was the first one there at 9 when they opened and had to wait in an empty waiting room for an hour while you can here the staff in the the back laughing and joking. They finally called me back and there wasn't another costumer in the whole building, it sounded like a school cafeteria back there and no one was waiting on anyone.
Customer service is excellent; ease in filing.
