I inquired as to how much was to file for a basic income tax and I was informed it's $99. So I did file my taxes with this location. Elaleh the lady who filed my taxes for me charge me $214.69. I told her that I was informed that it cost only $99 for a basic tax if I knew she would charge me more than double I would have gone somewhere else. She told me my T4 was not basic. I only had dental receipts and my RRSP so that is basic. You cannot bully customers like that you will lose even more money. I do not recommend this plac... read more

I arrived maybe 10mins before my appointment and Hiral had no problem helping me out filing my tax. Environment very quiet, service 10/10 they are always willing to help. This is my 3 year coming to this location to do my tax. Can’t complain. Would recommend anyone who wants to file their tax to book an appointment or drop off their documents.
