Had my 2023 income taxes filed at this location. They largely overstated my rent paid for my work from home expenses. It was overstated by $200,000. My return was reassessed and based on their error I now owe $3600. When I came back for them to resolve it, I was told it must have been a system error. It clearly was a number that was calculated and physically entered in the system by the H&R rep.
Bassam was incredibly helpful . He patiently walked me through everything and explained each step clearly. His knowledge and professionalism gave me peace of mind. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible outcome. I had an appointment at 2:00 That I got there they made me wait for a few minutes And then they said to me can you wait for half an hour If you can't follow time then there's no need to book an appointment and waste people's time How disrespectful and rude is this The least it could have done is to call and let me know the time has changed don't waste my time then don't even book waste people's time 😡😡
