I would prefer to give zero star. I filled tax in this office, where I was charged CAD 150 for a student. Later, I came to know that all of my friends paid only 67 CAD as student to file their tax in other HR block offices. Well paying 150 CAD for a worst service and a zero CAD return is the last thing you want. I tried reaching out their instagram, phone customer care to dispute this, nothing worked.
