I scheduled an appointment online at 8. But the office didn't open until 9. I waited in the cold until finally a woman pulled up, I was excited to get some answers because when I called their corporate they said they couldn't do anything. But the woman barked "we open at 9" ! While ignoring what we were saying, and literally pushed us out of the way and relocked the door. If I was watching from the outside I would have laughed out loud because it was so audacious. It was insanely rude. I kinda just have to laugh.
