Go to a different location. The taxpros are fine, but when calling for a simple question, you will be greeted with condescension. They listen to respond - not to understand. Just go to another location and save yourself the trouble 🤦♀️

The employees at this location have psychological issues due to their upbringing and are threatened by those who have a greater understanding than what is expected from their tax return.
