I set an appointment for this location it was confirmed. No one showed up. They are lazy and irresponsible. I am thoroughly disgusted. They wasted my time.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to this branch, and in particular to Juan. I came to this H&R Block location in somewhat of a panic. Two weeks before the Filing Deadline, I had an appointment at another H&R Block branch in the area. Unfortunately, that experience was "poor", to say the least. My appointment at the other branch was late to start, chaotic, and ultimately resulted in my taxes not being completed by the end of this shortened appointment.
