I scheduled an appointment for 4pm for taxes to be files, I ended up wait over 1 hour for them to see me. They had to attend to someone due to delayed appointment. Do not come here if you need to be anywhere on time.
I had to make an appointment a month in advance just for no one to be here. Luckily, the office is really close to my house, but this is a garbage way to do business.
