Extremely expensive! I will never use H&R again!
We are very dissatisfied. After we spent 300 dollars to have our taxes done with Matthew. We are now having to resend everything up to the IRS. There is no reason we should be getting audited for a simple W2. Matthew was very rude and honestly finding out that he wasn’t an actual CPA frustrates me even more. We literally paid someone 325 dollars to do our taxes and wasn’t even done right. Two months later we finally get a letter from IRS. To send up our W2s and whatever else information they needs. Let’s just say never again... read more
