There are no employees at this location it’s empty. Closed
Literally, none of the employees (online & in-person) have been able to assist or do any of the basic tasks of their jobs. I’m not sure what happened to H&R Block over the years but this is the most bottom of the barrel group of tax “professionals” I’ve ever dealt with. Very unhappy, very unimpressed. They have wasted so much of my time and energy with their inaptness. Absolutely disappointing, lazy, terrible service at a wildly overpriced rate. Use VITA instead (Google it). H&R Block representatives accepted me as a walk-in, which was quite important as I have been on-call all week and unable to keep other appointments that were scheduled with other providers. H&R Block services were complete, thorough, and professional. My tax preparer went through all the possible deductions and helped me to receive a good return. I will return next year.
