If you want to feel like your accountant cares about your tax outcome, don't go here and avoid Gloria. Gloria just doesn't give a shit and doesn't want to help you, going as far as saying that HR block does not provide services that it clearly does, and I've had to show her several times that HR Block does in fact provide tax review services to people in various situations :( I feel really uncared about and discarded as a paying customer and my tax situation was a sensitive and vulnerable situation that was very hard for me ... read more

They do not know policies in the CRA. They will lie to you to bait and secure you as a customer even if it is a determinant to your financial security. They provide you advice that goes against Senior officials at the CRA. TurboTax is easy. Even if you NEED an instant file. It isn't worth it.
