The Squamish H&R team has gone above and beyond for us as there where some things we’ve missed in the past. Someone told us we can do our own taxes and save money , well they where wrong. The H&R team saved us a lot of money and it’s so worth going there to get your taxes done right. Thank you so much 😊
Awful. First time going here in 2023 and they didn’t even give us the time to explain our tax situation as it was our first time filing as a married couple. The front desk person was so short and not welcoming at all. The whole process seemed extremely unprofessional and I’ve been going to H&R block for years. Not only did they not ask us anything about our return, they filed our taxes improperly which caused us to get audited and owe the government more money when that could have been avoided if they gave us the time of day... read more
Worst service. Send all the documents ahead of time. No one ever got back to me until I had to call customer service. Now my taxes are late and they want me to pay $400 to file. Ridiculous. Will never use again.
Have done my taxes with them over the last 7yrs. Things kind of changed due to COVID, front desk wise but the people at the desk were always straightforward with what they need and what you can expect. The fees I don't find any higher than any other service business in the area. My tax return is usually done the next day and they let me know as soon as it's done.
Always a really easy option for taking care of my taxes. Great service
