If I could give this place zero stars I would. Worst customer service. I didn't hear back from them for 10 whole days. I had to call and follow up. Their "system" was always down. The worst part was they charged my mother a whopping $525 for filing an estate return with only one tax slip, and then another tax return that had probably 4-5 items. Absolute highway robbery. Find a cheaper place!!!
This place is absolutely horrible. Go to any other H&R branch. The staff are rude. They transferred my call mid sentence. I had to repeat myself multiple times. I told them i no longer live in toronto and on 3 occasions they said well come in tomorrow and i had to repeat that that was not possible. They started discussing my private information at the front desk while others were waiting in line behind me. They are horrible at explaining anything. Made an appointment thinking I'd be sitting down with a professional to help me and my partner navigate our especially complex taxes. The singular employee opened the business late, seemed confused when I said I had an appointment, and was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. Absolutely terrible experience.
Excellent service every year! The tax experts at this location have gone the extra mile for my my family and I. We continue to return every year because we know we are in good hands. Thank you to our H & R block team!
