Cancelled first appointment and then scheduled me on the 18th with someone who wasn’t even in the office at that time. AND I received a call as I was walking in the door. Surely they knew that person was not going to be in before that. I told them to make it right. I was asked if I could go to Norwich. Hardly the solution.
